Position Overview:

Service Coordinators play a pivotal role in providing excellent service to and maintaining great relationships with our tenants, clients, and contractors. They are responsible for scheduling and ensuring successful completion of the maintenance requests we receive from our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Liaison: Communicate with tenants to ascertain the full extent of maintenance requests and their availability for scheduling. Continue to keep tenants informed on the status of their request.
  • Vendor Assignment: Based on their availability and area of expertise, utilize our vendor network to assign jobs to appropriate vendors to fulfill maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Field Management: Ensure job appointments are kept; manage issues as they arise in the field, and obtain approvals where necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain a detailed record in our system to create a comprehensive log of the entire process.
  • Fulfillment Coordination: Confirm the successful resolution of maintenance requests and obtain all necessary documentation and photos required for submission to our clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance service coordination or property management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Very capable multitasking and working in a fast paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable using modern web apps. Familiar with video conferencing tools.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
