FAQs

Are you licensed?

Absolutely.  Homecore is fully licensed and insured. We are a Certified Air Conditioning Contractor in the State of Florida, with Class A designation - allowing us to work on any size unit (even units above 25 tons of cooling or 500,000 BTU of heating). Our License Number is CAC1823201.

Do you have volume discounts?

Yes, we are able to provide volume-based discounts to our clients, on top of other cost savings.

Do you use subcontractors?

No.  We firmly believe that relying on subcontractors to service a client’s tenant-occupied properties is a flawed approach. Many of the things we value most suffer: client and tenant communication, quality, cost and more.

Can you coordinate scheduling the appointment time with the resident at the property?

Absolutely. We typically will contact residents at the property within a few minutes of receiving a Service Request from our clients.

Do you offer After-Hours / Emergency Service?

We are available to respond to Emergency Service Requests outside of normal business hours. For clients or properties that do not have a Service Agreement, a small surcharge is applied to the Service Call.

How long are your appointment windows?

Our appointment windows are generally limited to 2 hours or 3 hours. When necessary, we can accommodate more precise windows.
In either case, tenants receive an SMS message when our tech in enroute to their property, with a real-time tracking link, so they do not have to be tied down for the duration of the appointment window.
